The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, giving us recommendations on local places to eat and see. The breakfast served was also a highlight, featuring traditional Guatemalan dishes. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions and restaurants.
Our room was located right by a busy street, causing us to be disturbed by loud vehicle noises throughout the night. the water temperature in the shower was not as hot as we would have liked.

The terrace had an amazing view and was great for relaxing with a cup of coffee. the staff was friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the traditional breakfast that was served in the sunny garden. the room was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room to move around. the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the main attractions.
Our room faced the street and we were disturbed by car noises throughout the night. we had trouble sleeping because we could hear people knocking on the locked doors.

There is street noise that can be heard from the rooms facing the street.
